Pros

No work pressure. Easy to get IJP's. Decent annual hikes as compared to other IT firms. Easy reaching out to leadership for any issues. Sure to get a better opportunity if you stay here for more than 2 years.

Cons

Operations management is pathetic. No stability as they are loosing projects frequently. Hr department is the worst I have come across. They are puppets of the leadership.

Pros

Large end-to-end managed services company providing consultants to a large number of midsize and large enterprises.

Cons

Low pay. Employees will go for years without a pay increase. Twelve levels of management have to approve any pay increase. The only training they will pay for is Skillsoft (limited online training). Good for Windows certifications but that's about it. Employees are just tools to increase profits i.e. they do not care about work/home life balance.
