Flexible schedules, every day is different, company car.

Cons

A new manager every year, benefits get worse every year, almost no on the job training, you're on your own for the most part, every install job it's completely different with different documentation/different help desks

No office. Work is mostly self managed

Cons

Provided no protection from Covid-19. My manager pretended that covid was not serious back in march and was still sending technicians into elderly people's homes without any form of ppe.

Work from home, salary is always credited within time

Cons

Female employees are not promoted unless they compromise, at least in a few teams. HR will always favor the managers no matter what so no point in HR policies.

They seem to reorg. frequently but effectively. If you can hang on they've managed to stay in business for an impressive amount of time.

Cons

They seem to reorg. frequently! The interview process when I worked there was directly with my manager, so pretty subjective. I never spoke with anyone from HR. Maybe different now.

Only if that is all you can get.

Cons

Low pay, no raises. Pay is based on average for your area and not your experience or skill set. Health benefits not very good at all.
