Low pay. They talk to you like you are a hive mind. Rarely treated as an individual.

not a lot of longevity. Don’t try to stick around long, as every year you’ll effectively be taking a pay cut as their raises don’t keep up with inflation

No support from supervisors, no team to speak of. Most support came from 3rd party partner companies working in the same field

A little pay than market

Said there was a lot of work available during the interview, then turned around and let people go within a month.

Was told there's pay raises and growth opportunities -- that was a lie. Was always on call once a month even though there were over 4 techs on the team. Too much is expected out of you despite never getting paid more. Barely was getting 20 -30 hours of work a week then let go due to not working enough, did not make sense.

Bullying runs rampant here where members of the corporate team will demean you and it is consistently overlooked. Micromanagement happens a lot from an incompetent leader who wants things done her way, but her way is WRONG and is what is causing the issue in the first place not to mention you cannot get ONE word in because she constantly interrupts and if you do manage to get words in and say what she considered the wrong word she will jump down your throat. Individuals unable to do their job and making costly mistakes to the company are kept but then talked about behind their back. Overall, extremely toxic environment
