*As a field tech there is little to no room for advancement. *They are still requiring vaccinations for new hires (regardless of the facts that CDC says it does not prevent transmission). *Low Pay/minimal yearly raise after three years with the company I've only been given a 76 cent raise.

Many Cons. Where to start? Compucom is a IT consulting company that relies on biding for service contracts for different companies. Techs will never be fluent in any equipment as contracts come and go. Service documentation for said contracts are never fully explained as most protocols are made from mistakes and then added as documentation. I've worked for Compucom for 6+ years and only just received a measly dollar raise and one bonus just enough to keep me on the team for a bit longer. Management is absolutely horrendous. I reached out to management for help concerning our team but was brushed off as if the emails I sent were never delivered. The contract wins are a hit or miss. They're never transparent on what specifications were agreed upon without the Techs in mind. Techs are frustrated with poor handling of certain contracts. They hear us wanting change, but the money keeps them deaf. No such thing for compensations for doing a good job; only finger pointing as most managers are good at doing. This job is okay for entry level work, but don't commit to the company as they do not know how to properly run the company themselves.

Hard to get a raise even with over-achievement of performance.

Low pay, you use your own vehicle below standard reimbursement for mileage, no cost of living raises

Very little raises, not very good insurance and it has changed very frequently

Pay raises aren't consistent Not all contract locations are great

Bad salary and no raise at all

Raises only given to engineers never to support staff. Only got one .50 raise in 9 years. I was even told once during my review that he wanted to give me an above average but could only do a meets as only 2 people on the account could get the above average.

Mediocre pay. Not competitive. No pay raises, EVER. Annual reviews that mean nothing and don't translate to any tangible change. Management that just cares about "numbers" (i.e ticket count) rather than real customer service
