Pros
- young colleagues - no dress code - they have a good contract with BRD, but the advantages you gain with the bank cease as soon as you leave CGS - they hire you on an undetermined contract, which is helpful when you want to get a loan - you can get a promotion, even though the HR is not very helpful in the process
Cons
- you are not the one who decides when to take a break and that can be tiresome - if you are a smoker you will socialise a lot, but also smoke incredible amounts of cigarettes, for some reason - pay is decent in some departments, but not in all of them - the security policy means that you have microphones in the kitchen (visible ones, if you pay attention) and on the bathroom corridor - the VMs they are using are far from well configured - the processes are not transparent and the bonuses are cut way too much. If you reach the target on one KPI, you get new targets, even new KPIs to justify the bonus cuts.
