Could concentrate on all departments not only on the main one which is tech. It would be a good idea to listen to what the employees are saying, especially the old ones who know how to run the "show". Could value more old employees.

Management here there is horrible! Sups hide so you can't ask questions. Also 95% of the employees smoke weed. Some go on there breaks and come back high and drunk. The escalations team are always high and drinking when's management leaves at 5pm. They put so much pressure on you and the training class don't teach you the real stuff you need to be successful when you're actually on the floor. The supervisor get angry when you ask for help and ignore you when you spark them for help. The first couple of months you're going to be clueless bc training is horrible!!! Half the people work there are fellons!! And the girls come to work in club dresses and club heels. It ridiculous! This company is a complete mess!
