Will promise you bonuses if you work 70+ hours a week -- then cry poverty when you deliver - give some excuse why bonuses aren't being paid. I don't know if I can express this in clearer terms - if you get a call from a CGS recruiter, run the other way. If you work there, good luck in planning your escape. At least take solace in the fact that you're not the first to be lied to during the interview process, and to realize too late that you've just made a big, big mistake. Realize anyone around you with any talent is also figuring out the fastest way over that wall...
