Pros
Its a Job considering how many people are out of work Your Co workers get you through the day
Cons
The worst work atmosphere ever- you cant stand up at your desk unless its to stretch, get a drink of water, stop and say hello to a coworker for a split second, or go to the bathroom without risking being in trouble Management treats you like trash and forces "most" of the team leads to do the same Management micro manages to the fullest and just tries to intimidate people Every time you turn around, there is a nit picking rule trying to be enforced so you can be written up Management and "most" team leads will throw you under the bus and will not stand up for you The QA team is a complete joke and is a reflection of management poor skills Team leads walk around in literal gangs on 5 or 6 trying to check your clothes and looking on your desk for you to be doing something wrong Management always forcing even more work and forcing extra work and stats on you so the company can make money while you get nothing Absolute path to no where with this company and no room for advancement, along with managers that makes its employees lie to customers all the time and that lie to employees as to what is going on with the company as well The cheapest CEO ever
