Its a job in this bad economy Guaranteed 40 hrs as long as its busy Coworkers help you get through your day

Cons

Absolutely NO Respect for employees Too much micro managing Horrible pay for what is required and no raises in yrs Spiteful and Incompetent management which leads to horrible communication Management makes employees lie to customers Some shady practices that are barely above legal

Pros

The hours are flexible. The work is relatively easy once you get down to it. You probably have the greatest degree of freedom one can have at a job of this type.

Cons

No raises for 3 years. A punitive attendance policy designed to evade employment laws. Complete disorganization. A cover your ass mentality.
