-Drains your youth out of you and life overall -The stress level involved in the work you have to do is as if you would have two jobs. -You will be overworked until you can not work anymore and then the next employee takes your place. -I dont think they respect all humman rights but they have you sign the contract wich surely has some nice words that cover up the reality.

Horrible working hours Horrible work culture. You are expected to work with the american work model, but we are in Europe, it's not even legal here to refuse off time, work overtime without pay or force the employee to stay overtime when the shift is over, but you are expected to do all that here The salary is pretty low too, and they're going to try to fool you with performance bonuses that are un-achivable
