Pros

You get to learn and get you feet wet in the IT Industry. I did meet some incredible people and some contacts and friends for life

Cons

Management at the time I was there did some Micromanage.The staff in HR picked choose based on whothey like whether they where promoted or not,and when you leave they make up false hoods about your character. I

Pros

People that I worked with were generally very helpful , happy/ nice people. Most managers in the location were helpful good people. I could not get an answer to a normal question from the Atlanta office (they are hidden away behind a locked door - hostile) where I worked yet this question was answered in a few seconds by the New York head office.

Cons

Training was crap and the so called trainer was more interested in telling personal stories. After training if you asked him a question he would say ' We went over this 100 times already' and be angry yet if he did not know something he would ask someone senior to him. Terrible pay with silly procedures which is why they are constantly hiring as people are leaving.
