Pros

On a 6 hours schedulle or 4 you can earn some money wich in other places without any experience you would not get as much. It might help you if its your first job, or you study at the same time.

Cons

-Drains your youth out of you and life overall -The stress level involved in the work you have to do is as if you would have two jobs. -You will be overworked until you can not work anymore and then the next employee takes your place. -I dont think they respect all humman rights but they have you sign the contract wich surely has some nice words that cover up the reality.

good start job, looks good in CV communication skills, improve your English, becoming more confident after experiencing all possible situations and people

Cons

unprofessional staff and management. poor management skills, no one cares about employees' mental health and wellbeing. they consider it's always your fault if a customer hates the company. unqualified staff, especially management level, team leads and managers. can't evolve/promote in the company. working in the weekends, public holidays and night shifts. they make you hate the job and they threaten you with punishes like action plans, written and verbal warnings, working from the office, reduce salary etc

Not enough training and it takes too long to get a question answered while having a customer on the line.
