- pretty much everything else - the lack of skills the field techs have - incompetence - lack of organization

Steady job if you do not have any aspirations.

Cons

Employees usually feel easily replaceable since the company does not appear to care about the level of knowledge and dedication of customer tech support employees. They only seem to care about numbers.

Pros

It's a paycheck. You learn somethings about hardware if you did not know anything about it. You will have access to a small workout facility.

Cons

Low pay, no raise ever, very little if anything is invested back into the business and deffinitely not the employees and if you are hired there you will know what I'm talking about. If you have yo work there deffinitely be looking to get out after 6 months. Advice don't get stuck.
