Horrible pay, filthy work environment. Management and team leads are not on the same page. Management preaches customer service, team leads hound you about metrics, even though your numbers are great they'll nitpick and chip away at your confidence and ability to effectively do your job. Team leads and Lead Techs are extremely lazy, no one wants to do their job and everything falls on the agents shoulders and that's not good when the agent is being paid so VERY little.

Day shift will be micro-manged endlessly. Will be harshly criticized by multiple members of management listening to your randomly selected monitored calls, by people who have never worked the phones for the department they are critiquing. No raises, ever. No holiday pay, ever.
