Pay is low for the amount of work, not enough agents to help relieve hold load, benefits are only good if you have a nice position in the company (otherwise don't bother), and almost no guidance so you have to Google most things. Also most people leave and nobody really wants to be there. Get used to entitled people being jerks

Need to be able to work in a chaotic environment, and be comfortable with fighting fires. Canadian benefits package is not competitve to the industry. Vacation offerings are low and there is no RRSP employer match.

Company felt like a pressure cooker when I was hired. If you are not good with latest technology or have good poor customer service they will cut you or don't meet their metrics they'll cut you. No paid holidays, have to use PTO for anything outside of scheduled work hours. Pay is low in typcial call center/tech support rate, so unless you're a team lead, upper management, or have a damn good excuse, good luck asking for a raise. Contract lengths getting shorter in recent years (avg 6 mons), so if they think you would be a good fit, there's no set period of when they will pull you aside for a meeting to give you the project scope, like they're dragging their feet to get client to sign the contract. Management is terrible and always hard to contact since most employees are remote, so not really a company directory. Management is promoted from within so most of them are people pulled off the floor and do not always have best business acumen/leadership. Overall, company has gone downhill, and would recommend avoiding them at all costs.
