I can honestly say, there are really no pros to write about with this company. It's sadly the truth. I can't believe I wasted all those years there.
Cons
Everything you can think of per work environment. If you file a complaint to the senior management team in New York or HR, you will be let go.

There is really no pro to list... unfortunately.
Cons
Terrible management; Horrible culture; Average age of employees are 50 and up in New York Office. 60% are Indians for god sake. No working from home option for a so called technology company. High turnover rate at every location. Don't even bother trying to get in, you will regret the moment you step in the company. Beside that, you pay extremely high out of pocket medical expense with low annual salary increase (less than 1%). There are many more cons that were not listed here. Be wise, and stay away from this toxic work environment, and toxic boss.
