I have been working with this company for more than 4 months. What I have seen is that management and overall team is friendly in nature. They provide support to you for completing work on time. Also, they are semi-flexible in terms of timing. As long as you complete your daily quota of login hours and meet your targets, management is supportive.

Very Strong Technical team.. I worked with them for about 3.2 Years, I joined there from a small company, It really gave me an experience of a real Multinational Company.. I worked with people who joined us from big MNCs. I would have worked for the long term but unfortunately, I left the organization and I feel I took a wrong decision by leaving CGS. For someone who would like to work for a stable and challenging job, this is the right company. Yes, they might not pay as much as others pay but, the environment is Friendly and you will love to work.
