No room for advancement or salary increases. Mundane work environment.

Poor pay, lousy management, work environment that belongs in the Cold war era in Russia. Even when you are on target, they lay you off because is newer is better - easier to push around and get your contacts in the first six months then dispose of you.

Sick, Wicked work environment......unhealthy. No prospect to grow. Maybe from fries to the salad bar....but nothing significant.

Supervisors were more like super micro-managers, and were very pushy about scheduling and "QA," which wasn't really "QA" at all, seeing as some of the things they "graded" on were almost laughable. The training also wasn't extremely extensive, and hardly prepared you for situations faced when you're put on the floor. Extremely high turnaround for employees, no one appears to last more than a year before either getting fired for ridiculous reasons, or quitting because they are fed up with all of the foolishness.

I cannot tell, where I will be after 5 years, if I stay in this company. Its big but a small company. (Far away from BIG MNC standards which makes it small) Need visionary and have good global communication platform (this is in progress/implementation, as of today)

Benefits, primarily insurance could be improved.

There are some hidden agendas but they happen at the upper levels, nothing that should affect you as an agent. Relatively difficult to get a day off but you can leave couple hours earlier provided that you come earlier some other time. Schedule is not very flexible, it depends on the location of the clients.
