      Boring work, some people in management have been working at "contact centers" their whole adult life and their bitterness is palpable.

      A paycheck, a few cool coworkers

      Cons

      Customers will treat you as sub human every single day, management is often unresponsive, this job is draining and exhausting, training is nowhere near thorough enough, there is absolutely no room for growth here. This job is a dead end.
