In regards to wages, we consider many factors when determining appropriate compensation: market value, unique skill sets, level of experience, individual contributions to projects, and maintaining internal equity, to name a few. Fair and equitable pay is paramount. We encourage all employees to address any pay concerns with their managers. Thank you again for your response!

      Working from home, doing what I love to do.

      Cons

      Where can I start, no clear cut job description. Management is horrible, I was once asked why i took 10 minutes to use the bathroom. Lack of transparency from management, got a 1 1/2 % raise after a year despite being one of the top producing team members. An IT sweatshop.

      Currently, they aren't matching for 401k. They used to and I hope when things get better financially that they start that up again.
