Pros

You get out what you put in. Good opportunities are available if you seek them out. There is good work life balance available.

Cons

Promotions slow after a few years.

Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback! We're happy to see our commitment to work-life balance receive accolades in several recent Glassdoor responses, including yours! Juggling work and home responsibilities is difficult, especially during a global pandemic, so managers have been particularly attentive to their employees' well-being both inside and outside of work. We enthusiastically agree with your statement, "You get out what you put in." At CTG, employees are responsible for their career progression. Managers seek to understand their employees' desired career path and then help secure the tools and training they need to get there. Employees have direct control over how quickly they move through the process.

Pros

Working from home, doing what I love to do.

Cons

Where can I start, no clear cut job description. Management is horrible, I was once asked why i took 10 minutes to use the bathroom. Lack of transparency from management, got a 1 1/2 % raise after a year despite being one of the top producing team members. An IT sweatshop.

Pros

They are very good until you complain or get injured on the job. Not enough room to write all of my experiences over the years. Some of the things I put up with because the job was easy and easy money before I had my last experience.

Cons

Fell, at work, fractured my hand and Ulna bone forced back to work with my injuries. Started out with 6 wk injury ended up having to have surgery and was terminated with two dropped fingers at the end of my worker's comp.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and for your 11 years of service at CTG. At CTG, we take employee health and safety seriously. As such, we have an incident reporting process in place to assist employees when injuries occur on the worksite. Our Benefits department works closely with our disability and workers’ compensation administrators to ensure each situation is handled appropriately and with care. When situations involve injuries, we require documentation from a medical provider to be certain the employee is ready and able to return to work. It is not our practice to encourage employees to work while injured or recovering from surgery. We direct all employees to reach out to their manager if an injury occurs so the proper incident reporting and resolution process is followed. Additionally, the management structure we have in place allows employees to communicate concerns or issues to a number of leadership employees. For example, our Field Service Manager program allows senior level employees working on the client site to have management responsibilities. This means an employee can reach out to a field manager, direct manager, their manager’s manager, or HR for assistance. There is always a communication vehicle available to our employees.
