      The other employees, my coworkers are an excellent team and prove their skills each and every day,

      The corporate CTG is not local and it is difficult at times to explain situations to Human Resources to have a good understanding how we are sometimes not appreciated as we should be.

      Pros

      I have worked at CTG for ~4 years. I enjoy the people I work with and feel like I am surrounded by strong colleagues and team members. I've found recognition and reward achievable through hard work and demonstrated results. I'd recommend CTG to my professional colleagues for employment or for those in the ITS market as a great partner.

      Cons

      Not a necessarily a con, but an observation, fast-paced work environment, but not unlike other IT service companies. Pace of work might not be a good fit for some.
