3yWe appreciate your feedback and recognition of our available and approachable management team. Our managers demonstrate connected leadership through open, clear and frequent communication with their teams. Staying in tune with employees’ needs and goals fosters an environment built on trust and transparency. In terms of vacation time, we’re happy to report that effective January 2023, we are increasing the amount of time off employees can earn at an accelerated rate. We strongly support healthy work/life balance that allows employees to spend time doing what they are passionate about outside of work. This improved vacation program provides more vacation days for employees to use how they chose; employees could allocate vacation time in the event a client’s holiday schedule differs from CTG’s. Building and developing connections allows us to shape our retention strategies better, help employees achieve their career goals, equip everyone with the tools they need to succeed and adapt to an ever-changing market.
We hope you were happy to hear the recent, wonderful news about the improved Vacation Policy! Starting January 2023, employees will be eligible to earn more vacation time at an accelerated accrual schedule. We value work/life balance and know how important it is for employees to take time to do what they love outside of work. This new vacation policy provides more time for employees to do just that. In terms of the 401(k) match, while we currently don’t provide a traditional match, we have contributed lump sum contributions to participating employees’ plans for four consecutive years. Additionally, we are always looking for ways in which we can contribute to our employees’ plan. We’re happy to have you as part of our CTG family, finding new recruits that will help us make CTG an even better place to work!
