Managers build relationships of trust with their employees, empowering them to grow and be successful in their role. In our recent Great Place to Work survey, 91% of respondents said that managers trust them to do a good job without looking over their shoulders, which illustrates the environment of trust that we promote. We agree with you that remaining in contact when contracts end is beneficial to employees and CTG.
