Thank you for calling out benefits, as our benefits team works hard to design competitive, affordable, and unique offerings to our employees. The flexible scheduling and fun atmosphere are all a part of the work/life balance we strive to achieve. We want it to be easy for employees to fulfill home and work obligations, and have a blast while doing so! In terms of communication, our executive leadership team made increased communication a priority the past year. With so many employees working remotely, we knew communication was essential to maintaining our connection with everyone. Communication was amped up through social media (be sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn!) and increased the frequency of our town hall and all-hands meetings. Employees who are unable to attend the calls are encouraged to listen to the recordings found on our intranet. We wish you the best of luck in the future!
