Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your time at CTG. Your experience is inconsistent with the feedback we receive from our employees on a regular basis. When asked what makes CTG special and unique in our recent Great Place to Work survey, the two most common responses were “the people” and “caring, connected management”. If any employee feels they are lacking training and support in their role, we encourage them to discuss it with their manager, another member of management, or HR. We encourage you to draw on that connection to management to address your salary concerns. There are a number of factors to consider when determining salary, with years of experience being one of them. Any concerns with compensation should be discussed with your manager.
