5yWe appreciate the time you took to provide your feedback, but cannot agree with your statement that we don’t mean what we say. ‘Reliability Matters’ is a foundational philosophy of CTG, which means we say what we mean, we do what we say, and we always get the job done. Listening to our employees, either through direct manager communications or through our annual Great Places to Work employee satisfaction survey, is a part of our commitment to continuously improve as an employer and workplace. 7yCTG encourages all current and past employees to post reviews of their CTG experience. We enjoy reading the positive comments so we can continue to develop our strengths as a company. While negative comments are disheartening to receive, we see it as an opportunity to develop action items in response to constructive criticism. We are happy to hear it aligns with the positive environment on which we pride ourselves; our managers absolutely care about connecting with their team to help them grow. In regards to wages, we consider many factors when determining appropriate compensation: market value, unique skill sets, level of experience, individual contributions to projects, and maintaining internal equity, to name a few. Fair and equitable pay is paramount. We encourage all employees to address any pay concerns with their managers. Thank you again for your response!
