You get what you put in

Pros

Once you learn the operating system it is intuitive to use. Did get pay raise twice a year.

Cons

Was told you can transfer out to other departments after probationary period but management kept pushing the date back. Was told it was fully remote also but it transitioned back in person.

Pros

The job is remote, but you have to go into office one week out the month but not every single month. The pay is decent if you are full time They do provide the work equipment

Cons

I’ve been working for con ed for about 15 months now. I am at the point where I am completely over the job and I am looking else where. I started out full time but was changed to part time. My schedule changes a lot and usually it is a week notice. Customers are extremely rude. I am a patient person and super respectful, the job is not for me. Also, I was sick for a few days and was paid but they started taking the money from my paycheck weeks later stating I needed to submit documents that I was sick. I was unaware of that previously.
