>can make bonuses >easy way to make money for short period

Cons

>shift patterns bad, no sense of structure, poor work life balance >no support for mental health at all > high staff turnover > stressful work, did not get paid enough to deal with types of calls received

Would not advise anyone to work there

Cons

Management staff very ‘clicks’ Rarely do the job you applied for get moved around all the time and given no extra training (in fairness it’s not on the supervisors they get there orders handed down)
