Pros

Their isn't anything positive to say about this company. They can't keep good people and the Board does not care at all.

Cons

CEO and Upper Management are very difficult to work with. They only have one product to sell and the CEO and Upper Management are clue less about growing the business through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. For any sales executive or account representative that surpasses their targeted sales goals their compensation is immediately reduced/changed and or they are fired so that their CEO, CTO and Upper Management can meet their yearly goals and be rewarded with their bonuses. Bottom line - they CAN NOT keep salesmen.

company is small. you have things to do. colleagues are nice. the benefits are ok in atlanta area.

Cons

it is small so it relies heavily on a few major customers. The development plan always changes based on big customer's needs
