I cannot emphasize enough how horrible my experience at Congruex has been and continues to be. It's clear that this is a company with no regard for its employees. Upper management is completely out of touch with reality and treats employees as expendable resources rather than valuable team members. It's clear they have no interest in fostering a positive or supportive work environment.
Upper management is hired strictly based on age not competency. Many clear cases of ageism. The entire management team disorganized and communicates poorly, if at all. I often felt like I was left in the dark, with no direction or guidance even when repeatedly raising concerns. The company culture is non-existent—there's no support for growth, no recognition for hard work, and absolutely no appreciation for employees efforts. The environment is toxic, with a lot of backstabbing, gossip, and a total lack of accountability. You wouldn't believe the amount of finger pointing that happens on a daily basis. The HR department is equally useless – every time I had an issue or concern, it went completely ignored.
Honestly, I would advise anyone to stay far away from this company. It’s an incredibly frustrating and demoralizing place to work, and I deeply regret my time here. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere if you want to have a positive career experience. Congruex is a nightmare that will drain you, both professionally and personally.
