      My direct managers were amazing!

      Cons

      Congruex bought out the company I orignally worked for, They cut bonusses by 60%, stopped all upward promotions, halted raises and layed off a lot of staff.

      Pros

      People were nice and there’s a pretty relaxed environment. For the most part you can show up and leave when you want as long as you do your work.

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, workers are grossly under paid/ under trained and very little opportunity to advance your career. Morale at Congruex/CHC Consulting is super low (that’s what mass layoffs do I suppose). Limited and confusing communication from upper management, people are jumping ship left and right. The company is in a state of chaos, I cannot recommend avoiding the company enough.
