No micro managers in Partner Success, 6 weeks of time off (flexible FTA).

Cons

Company is truly falling apart from when I started there. No flexibility, no structure, and are openly cutting positions. No chances for growth for most people and the annual raises are way below industry average. I’ve been with the company over half a decade and it’s the worst it’s been by far. I’d highly encourage people to not work here in its current state. It used to have a great work culture and flexibility, but they took that away in the last 2-3 years.

* A paycheck, if you’re desperate. * PTO policy exists, on paper.

Cons

* Leadership only promotes their friends. No room to move up unless you have connections. * They will overwork you and tell you its your fault you are burnt out * Everyone is in fear of losing their jobs or being replaced. * Managers deny PTO requests and you are shamed for using your time off * Not as inclusive as they claim. You will be ostracized socially and professionally if you don't don’t “fit in”.
