#1 is definitely the team and vibe, everyone are positive and energetic - its a really fun working place. No ego, everyone are trying to help you the point its suspicious lol. Found here quite a few friends for life! #2 is impact, I think we all feel part of the journey, you can really understand how what you do matters and see the results. #3 options are great, value is sky rocketing all the time and it could really turn into a life changing event

Hard work - everyone are super hard workers, I am not sure its for everyone... I personally love it, but it is demanding. Things are changing often - the company is growing really fast, so you really need to be ready for this, every few months things look different
