Pros

- Fast growing and does well in the market - no worries of being laid off here - Really talented people here - Constant feature releases - Leadership truly puts the focus on the client experience, which is refreshing - Stock pay outs when the company inevitability go public will be very nice. - They are rolling out a career planning initiative, which is cool

Cons

- Convoluted, drawn out onboarding period. - More clients than the CSM teams can handle and hiring and training is too slow to keep up with demand. - don’t use much in terms of engagement management programs or other tools to make a CSM more efficient - Terrible health benefits and a finance team that doesn’t seem to understand US health insurance - time zone difference and different work week makes you feel like you’re on an island sometimes - US employees feel disconnected to the culture that the Israeli team has, but the Israeli team tries their best

Pros

Not many people get to say that they love going to work and I can truly say that for me, that is the case. Let me write some of the reasons for why Connecteam is an amazing place to work. 1. Amazing growth opportunities - I started about a year ago and I cannot tell you how many things I've gotten to touch. Customer Success, Onboarding, Small to Enterprise clients, Product and Leading a team. I understand that I got there pretty early, but I can genuinely say that even today, people get a ton of responsibility. 2. Contribution - I can point at things in the product that I suggested. The company really listens to feedback and everyone can influence. 3. Leadership - Management are great and really care about employees 4. Growth - Company has been growing like crazy and it's amazing to be part of company that is exploding. 5. People - The thing I hear from new employees most is how nice people are. Your first day at work will be a ton of people saying hi to you and wondering who you are. Everyone's really great.

Cons

I would say that like every startup Connecteam also suffers from it growing very quickly.

Pros

People were great. I have no problem with anyone I encountered. The problems here start with leadership at the top of the company. They try to take care of employees with goodies

Cons

The product is great, but training and culture are not. The company is based in Tel-Aviv so there will be some work culture differences if you are an American based worker. 1) Every job I’ve worked at, the first few days were to welcome you, get payroll squared away, benefits, etc. There was no welcome at all. Just went right into learning the product. I wasn’t even sure I was going to get paid on time. 2) Everything is robotic. Somewhat even cult like. They want you to read from a script like a robot. You have to ask specific questions they want you to ask. That may work for some, but you will be annoyed if you are beyond entry level. 3) You essentially have to train yourself as most everything is “self-study”. You will not have help either as most of your colleagues work across the globe in completely different time zones. They will tell you to ask questions over slack and they will get back to you asap. That’s not very optimal for learning. 4) The health benefits for anyone besides the employee is flat out unaffordable. I’ve literally never seen health insurance that expensive. 5) You will be busy all day. If you value work-life balance, this job is not for you.
