Yes, Connection conducts business in an evolving industry poised for growth. We believe that our leadership team strategically positioned Connection to become a multi-billion, Fortune 1000 company by adapting to the conditions that surrounded us. This did not happen overnight nor did it happen alone. Our talent excels at recognizing emerging trends, formulating forecasts and implementing strategic plans. In addition to our robust benefit offerings, our account managers receive a respectful base salary, lucrative commission plan, attractive bonuses and generous special incentives (SPIFs). We appreciate your vote of confidence.

Our total reward strategy was developed with the needs of our employees top of mind. We continuously evaluate this strategy to ensure we offer best-in-class benefits and provide meaningful support to employees and their families. We appreciate the recognition on that front. While a particular department may not have an advancement opportunity that will address an individual’s career aspirations, there are ample opportunities throughout Connection for advancement. In addition to the brick and mortar locations in Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Ohio and South Dakota that house over 2,000 employees in a variety of fields, there are remote positions that are located throughout the United States with an emphasis in the sales enablement arena from business development managers to technical solutions architects. If career advancement is not on an employee’s radar, there are several professional development seminars and resources to explore to enhance skillsets. With one quarter behind us and three ahead, as a team we are focus on achieving expectations to meet the 2020 goals of the organization. It’s important employees make time with their manager to discuss their career goals and professional development. Thank you for your feedback.
