Pros

My paycheck doesn't bounce and there is toilet paper in the bathroom.

Cons

Not a supportive environment. Seems like people are there because they can't do better and it makes them sad and angry. Lots of senior people in place just milking it until they retire. Overheard a finance director in the hallway saying things are not going well with the new ERP system and we may get fined or lose jobs. It's just scary here.

Pros

Stable company with adequate office accommodations.

Cons

There are some Directors with no education and people skills that should not be in their positions. They do not have a good culture and/or value Human Resources. There are people that intimidate and bully other employees and nothing is done about it no matter how much evidence you have. Some Senior Management is aloof and uninvolved in what is needed to make things better.

Pros

I have worked here for over 6 years and the people on my team were great however there is low morale due to favoritism. There is the ability to earn commission (which % decreased 2 years ago significantly), you do get 2 weeks paid vacation time, ok health insurance, its conveniently located and there used to be a lot of vendor perks.

Cons

Management doesn't help women or unfavored people in general to grow in the company since I have worked there. The Directors are consistently giving business to friends and other male reps within their teams and not evenly distributing leads. Absolutely favoritism for the presidential reps. A few years ago the CFO decided to removed multiple ways we were getting paid and created a negative feature that we give a % of our pay to the renewals reps instead of the company paying them. Last year so many of the spiffs which were the basis of how we were getting paid have been removed. Overall it takes too long to actually make a good salary and is basically a rat race. The money isn't guaranteed.
