Awful/Insulting pay, poor management structure, employees are set up for failure and punished with excessive overtime and mandatory weekends

Pros? Working from home and barely talking to customers

Cons

They under pay you and over work you. They get mad when you use sick time or vacation time. They will fire you if you ask for a raise.

Cons

Felt like I was just a number. Systems outdated, went from being a salaried employee to an hourly employee which means my pay was essentially cut in half. Management is looking out for themselves and the employees that they like (very cliquey). Had to clock in like you're working in a factory. They speak of diversity but top management is mostly white and male.
