Thank for your feedback on working here at PC Connection. We are glad to hear that you feel we have a good work culture. And, we agree that we have some great Managers who know the importance of creating a work environment where employees can thrive. Regarding PTO, we have very competitive vacation and sick time benefits. We have access to surveys from other companies and many do not start new employees out with 3 weeks of vacation and 48 hours of sick time. Thank you again for sharing your feedback with us.

We do think we have great people that work here. We are addressing our compensation programs for Account Managers for 2016. We do not agree that the culture is an issue, in the last 3 months alone we have had Halloween Costume events, we gave out Turkeys to all employees as a gesture of appreciation of everyone’s hard work, a recognition breakfast for all support employees for helping to make our Q3 operating income target, and a Holiday buffet where all employees received a dinner served by the Executive Management Team. In addition, the Sales force has countless programs during the course of the year that offer trips, sporting events, and other social venues. Not many companies today offer anything nearly as comprehensive. That being said, we are always looking to better our culture and work environment.
