Great team, positive environment-management is open to ideas and can speak/express your thoughts freely, work life balance/ benefits and 401K kicks in after 30 days with company match. Stock options and quarterly bonuses. We really appreciate employees-monthly employee appreciation meetings and we throw fun corporate events. Provides tools to become successful.

Cons

Cold office, can take sometime for feedback on interviews with certain positions.

It's a dial and smile place with lots of cold calling and little lead generation.

We have many success stories of inside sales employees who have built a significant book of business and earned commissions that are far superior to other companies in our labor markets where we compete for talent.
