Connection reviews

There are many downsides that I personally experienced working for Connection. The management is horrible. My manager in particular showed favoritism. Hr is also not so great there . I reported many things to HR and nothing was done as promised. There isn’t any diversity, Also the turnover rate is very high, and trust me it’s a reason why . It’s a revolving door . I even experienced discrimination. Honestly to anyone who is considering working here , Don’t. They do not care about their employees, they show favoritism , the management is horrible,HR never cares , the quotas are unrealistic. Just don’t work here . My best advice. I tried to keep this review as clean as possible. The stuff I really experienced was degrading and horrible.

Compared to other companies, poor health care plan, no bonuses, horrible IT support team, poor corporate organization, no viable project management department. This place feels like a mosh pit without any music.
