Connection Response

When complimentary lunches are the sole highlight, that is disconcerting. Providing comprehensive benefits, competitive pay and professional development opportunities are a few areas Connection exercises to provide a healthy work environment for its employees. As an account manager, you are the creator of your financial destiny. Historically, account managers have the ability to earn a six figure income in their third year of employment. Whether you want to maximize your incentive compensation or have strategic conversations about building your portfolio, there are copious resources available to account managers. You are encouraged to engage your sales coach, sales manager and/ or sales director on those fronts. If you’d like to discuss your particulars about your Connection experience, please connect with your human resources representative. In addition to addressing concerns about the environment, they are equipped to provide resources to assist you with meeting the demands of work, family and your personal life.

Pros

Great benefits and room for growth financially. Good work culture and incentives.

Cons

The training is very extensive and can be overwhelming. When I got here they had just started changing their personnel so multiple people who trained me or who supervised me were new in their role so they were often times unavailable or in training. Which was pretty frustrating when you need support.
