Pros

- Supportive and caring environment - Paid training - Great benefits - Opportunity to earn more through commission - Management invests time into you and your growth

Cons

- No cons for the company. Sales itself can be hard at times no matter where you go. Connection at least provides you the positive environment you need to grow. Co-workers are super friendly and more than willing to help. The rest is on you. As long as you care and genuinely try your best, you'll be fine!

It’s a true pleasure to hear that you are enjoying your time in our sales organization. You are correct in stating that account managers do not experience a cap on their earning potential. Exceptional performance will not only be rewarded, it will be recognized. Our managers are invested in developing an environment that is motivating, encourages participation and creates opportunities for growth and development. While some individuals enjoy the exposure to other areas of our business, if you are feeling stretched, please engage your manager or sales coach. There are copious resources to aid our account managers in conducting their business. Thank you for your feedback.
