      Be Careful, don't come here unless you are desperate and unemployed or are at Executive level

      Pros

      None unless you are a shareholder, which you won't be unless you are an executive. They sell themselves as having lifetime employees with people never leaving, but in the end they will show you the door when they think it's necessary to line their own pockets. Case in point, recent layoffs after record breaking quarter.

      Cons

      Executive team only cares about Share price for their own stock options and to get their year end bonuses. Q1 2020 was a record breaking quarter, management team spends hundreds of millions of dollars on sharebuyback at price higher than current levels(hmmmm), and decides to layoff people in a pandemic. You want to work here? Do you think the money they wasted on buying back shares could've been used to avoid the layoffs? Maybe you should be wiser with the money you've been entrusted to spend rather than throwing people on the street in the middle of a financial depression when there are no jobs.

      Great company. Great and friendly commission structure. Great to work for an evolving and growing industry that will probably never die.
