It is important that we get an accurate idea of hours worked for all non-exempt employees, to ensure proper payment of any overtime worked. We do utilize Kronos electronic time keeping devices, and most employees can also log in at their respective work station by searching under ‘Kronos’ in Worknet for login and additional information. Decisions to incorporate basketball hoops or other activity areas into the workplace are a business decision that incorporates space, cost, benefit, and risk, along with consistency for all locations. To date, the most practical approach has been to support a health allowance, as we do offer a Fitness Reimbursement benefit with many gyms.

Also, PC Connection works with our food service to keep costs under control and to assure that costs do compare favorably with nearby alternatives.
