      Pros

      If your store goals are reasonable then you will probably make about 600 a month in commission, if not than good luck

      Cons

      Senior management is terrible. They do not care able you. You are just a number to them. Loyalty does not matter to them. They on;y care about the "now'

      Pros

      We are a very close knit team in the corporate office. Feels like family. Scott is a wonderful boss - very kind and generous. Lots of growth opportunity.

      Cons

      Since we are so close, the gossip can be annoying. Also, lack of direct constructive criticism. Micromanaging can sometimes be a problem.

      The employees are great! The opportunity is fantastic to grow!

      Cons

      Huge turn-over Upper management views employees as disposable Very low pay in comparison to other third party dealers or corporate locations Lots of difficulty receiving the commission that you earned Tells you what you want to hear, but the actions do not add up Uses vivid language to gain excitement when introducing new ideas which should be your warning that the idea is not in your interest. Changes policy like they change their underwear which results in A LOT of fire drills

      Thank you for the feedback. Connectivity Source offers great benefits and a very lucrative incentive plan that rewards those who perform. We value all of our employees which is why internal employees are always given the first opportunity for advancement. We also follow Performance Improvement Plans very closely that are centered on giving our employees every opportunity to be trained correctly and improve. Retail and wireless are fast changing and performance driven industries - that makes it one of the most exciting industries to work in! With the excitement comes challenges that have to be met with optimism and hard work. For the individuals that excel in this, there is great growth opportunities with a very lucrative payout potential. I am sorry to hear about your issues and we always encourage open / constructive communication but we have not had any District Managers resign so I hope that is not influencing your feedback.
