Pros

-Commission can be good in retail seasons and at high volume stores. -Easy to be promoted if successful in sales

Cons

-Absolutely no respect or value for store managers, dm's and regional manager undermining managers on several occasions. -No work/life balance they will expect you to work 50+ to grow your "business" -Pay is barely live able. Your base salary 28,000 and commission is decent if your store can reach the goals they set. -If that's not enough, you need to be in constant contact on a messaging app called group me and even get held accountable on responding on it.

Pros

access to the latest devices

Cons

No guidance from management at store level, district/regional or owners. None of upper level management or owners have experience in sales and definitely not the product they sell (sprint phones) so they can't give proper guidance to any employee or manager to execute the simplest objectives. Pay changes every month. The owners have a new bright idea of how they want to pay commission every few weeks and make immediate policy changes which ultimately cancel out commission payout because it doesn't fit the "new" policy.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I would like to clarify some items that you mentioned. 1.) Knowledge - We have a Learning Management Software and in house sales trainer that do phenomenal jobs of getting information to employees to make them stronger at sales. The problem is information is only part of the equation, it is what you do with the information that makes you a success. 2.) Compensation - Rep compensation plans have not changed in 19 months and the last revision was a very positive one for most employees - as long as they are productive.

Pros

Selling the worst cellular company (sprint) and being good at it will hands down make you one of the best sales people out there.

Cons

ladies and gentlemen welcome to CS.. if you’re looking for a company that keeps you on your toes congratulations you’ve found it. Will I get paid what I was told? Will the pay structure change again this quarter? Will my emails about pay and other vital concerns be ignored? Will my supervisor ignore my needs and bs me excuses to keep me content? Will an additional 10 responsibilities be added to my plate each week? Does someone who finally steps up to do their job get recognized while other people who over work and consistently over perform get swept under the rug? Are they going to dismiss you from your job when you respectfully give 2 week notice for a better opportunity after you bust your tail working 10+ hours of over time every week, take 1-3 days off in a month, take on other people’s responsibilities to better the company as a whole and have flipped multiple low performing stores to top performing locations—- all to only be let go at someone’s “best discretion” because they felt you were a threat to their job? If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions congrats you’ll fit right in! If you want to feel like 98% of current employees who put blood sweat and tears into their jobs while sacrificing their personal and home lives while still struggling to pay bills... text connect to 97211
