      Good place if you don't have to worry about paying bills and it's your first job.

      Pros

      - You'll meet some good people here. - Sales/managing experience can help you find a real job after you quit this one.

      Cons

      -They constantly pay you only a part of your check, if you don't complaint - you'll never see your money. -High turnover. Both managers and sales reps escape as soon as they find out how things work here. Employees are often mistreated. -No benefits, no vacation, no pto. -You'll have 32-34 hours a week. -Commission structure is tricky over here. People in slow stores never make it.

      You may meet some genuinely good coworkers.

      Cons

      Upper management pushing unethical and predatory sales practices, ludicrous commission structure with shifting qualifiers on a monthly basis, low overall payout on commission even if you're in the top spots in the district. That's if you even get your check at all and don't have to fight with management to even get your earned payout in the first place.

      Upper management are monsters that don’t give a single bit about you. They hardly pay any commission and have systems and policies in place to take it from you for various reasons. Most out of your control. They set unrealistic goals and work you to the bone. Zero work-life balance.
