Pros
They do pay a minimally adequate living wage $15/hr, Bonuses are raffle tickets for prizes. Sign on bonus if lucky enough.
Cons
At Connexion Point they actually require their employees to ask for permission to use the restroom. That is just plain wrong. I don't know why companies have become so toxic and authoritarian. And if you have any sense of dignity you cannot pull yourself out of the car and walk into a place like that. And the negativity in that place made it hard to breathe. The Queen Bees and Ego Man iacs were everywhere. You couldn't find a place to feel relaxed the entire time there. And then to top it off; the place is filthy esp. the bathrooms. Supervisor's are overworked and under appreciated which trickles down to sales agents.
