Pros

I learned a lot that I did not know before.

Cons

Nothing out of the ordinary. Only one thing that blew if for me. My father became so ill I was called home. I did not leave his side as I was not sure when he was going to go. I advised my supervisor that I did not know when I would be back and that I should be taken off the schedule. So, she proceeds to hound me with texts anyhow about when I would be returning to work, when I don't respond, she then tells HR I am abandoning my job.

Pros

You get a beer cart every friday and they have been buying lunch more often for everyone but only because the queues are out of control due to so many people leaving.

Cons

Management is unprofessional and unapproachable . HR scorns whistle blowers and protects their friends. Time off policies violate MA labor laws. Constant price increases spike the call queues and not enough people to handle them.

Pros

Good people, some remaining talent, a product that used to have some cachet, strong customer base, strong UX, benefits - except for healthcare

Cons

Of note, this review has been downgraded to pass Glassdoor reviews.... CTCT is now managed a team that is better equipped to lead a car manufacturing plant, circa 1985. The leadership team does not have a background innovating software, talks in circles, lacks courage to stand up to the parent company's leadership team, is generally not in touch with the dying spirit of the employees, and some members even fall asleep during meetings. The days when the company used to have goals that revolved around product innovation and customer satisfaction are long gone; today it is about allowing power-hungry bean counters and passive personnel to manage the company to margins, headcount, and personal goals to pad individual bonuses. Additional problems include poor alignment and infighting between multiple divisions at CTCT and with employees sharing duel responsibilities at EIG. Roadmaps are often changed and there is zero balance between short-term wins and long-term priorities. Stay away from this company. The moment Endurance acquired CTCT, CTCT started a downward spiral.
